For advanced orthopedic manual therapists ready to turn clinical mastery into unmatched patient outcomes

Course Description
This one-day, 8-hour live course combines lecture, case discussion, hands-on demonstration, and supervised practice. It is designed for physical therapists with experience treating patients with dizziness and a desire to sharpen their diagnostic and manual therapy skills.
The course explores the complex presentation of cervicogenic dizziness, an often overlooked yet prevalent contributor to post-traumatic symptoms following events like whiplash or concussion. Research shows that up to 70% of individuals with persistent neck pain also report dizziness or unsteadiness.
Participants will learn how to accurately identify cervicogenic components through targeted assessment, distinguish them from other vestibular or neurologic conditions, and implement evidence-informed treatment strategies. This course bridges the gap between specialties, empowering therapists to confidently manage this challenging patient population through clear clinical reasoning and effective intervention.

"Erl Pettman shaped me as a young clinician many years ago, and now as an advanced practitioner, ASPIRE has sharpened my skills beyond recognition. As a recent SMT and candidate of Fellowship through the AAOMT, ASPIRE continues to challenge my clinical skills and grow me as a provider. Nothing will ever replace what manual therapy can do and the outcomes we can get with our patients. To date I have yet to see an equal to the instructors and programming of ASPIRE."
